In a long glass, muddle 2 wedges of lime, add 1cl of Kamareddine syrup top with ice, add 5cl vodka and top it up with diet 7up, stir well and serve with a straw (optional).

Note: This is a drink that most of our clients get this weird facial expression when they hear about the Kamareddine syrup, yet after a long debate of “please try it, you won’t be sorry”... Once they do, they stick to it the whole evening.
Ginger Chill
In a shaker glass muddle 2 small pieces of fresh ginger with 2 small teaspoons of lemon flavored sugar. Add 2cl of fresh lemon juice and 1cl of lime cordial. Fill ¾ of the shaker with crushed ice top it with 5cl Tequila Patron Anejo and 4 drops of Angostura Orange, stir well and serve in a Margarita glass with lemon flavored sugar rim and garnish with a baby rose.

Note: Do not strain this cocktail or you will lose the lip-smacking tiny pieces of ginger. Adding a straw is optional but there is nothing better than the taste of the lemon flavored sugar rim that homogenize with this chilly cocktail.
Bloody Martini
In a shaker glass put 1 fresh tomato cut in 4, 4 drops of Worcestershire sauce, 2 drops of Tabasco sauce, 1 pinch of celery salt, and a pinch of freshly ground allspice pepper. Muddle them all well, fill the shaker with ice and add ½cl of fresh lemon juice, ½cl of extra dry vermouth and 4cl of gin. Stir well and strain and serve in a chilled Martini glass with tomato flavored salt rim.

Note: This is our own version of a Bloody Mary and like any other this one goes to taste... So you can have it either too spicy or too lemony, gin or vodka, the choice is yours... We suggest a cheery tomato for garnish. Make it, drink it and if you’re a Bloody Mary fan you will simply love IT.
Sweet B
In a beer glass, put 1cl of passion fruit syrup top it with lager beer stir lightly and serve.

Note: As you know the international beer cocktail recipes like “Panache” (7up and beer) or “Monaco” (Panache + Grenadine). This is our simple and easy recipe for you to make at home and enjoy.
In a short glass, put about 8 fresh raspberries and muddle until puréed, add 3 wedges of pink grapefruit and ½tsp of raspberry flavored sugar and again muddle gently. Fill the glass with crushed ice add 5cl of Grant’s Sherry Cask Whiskey and a dash of 7up, stir well and serve with a straw and garnish with raspberries.

Note: In this cocktail you have 2 muddling steps in order “NOT” to get the bitterness of the grapefruit peel. You can prepare this cocktail in a short or long glass depending on your preference. For the “None” whiskey drinkers, you will be hooked.
Thyme Martini
In a shaker glass filled with ice, stir very well 1tsp of pickled thyme and 1cl of extra dry vermouth. After stirring throw half of the mix. Add another ½tsp of pickled thyme and 1tsp of pickled thyme juice, 5cl of vodka, again stir well and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with 3 Capeberries.

Note: Nothing much to say about this Martini, it is simply the BEST and those Caperberries compliment it perfectly.

In a shaker glass filled with ice, pour 1 ½cl of white rum, 2cl of St-Germain liqueur, squeeze a wedge of grapefruit and drop it in the shaker, top with Guava juice shake well and strain in a tall Martini glass. Garnish with a baby rose.

Note: Besides the benefits of the guava juice, the St-Germain Liqueur is a palate forbidden to miss... This is a sweet cocktail for the sweet-toothed.
